NEW
WP Frontend Admin now integrates with Wildcloud, enabling platform creation without WP Multisite or WP Ultimo. Benefits include improved performance, admin workflow, security, and reliability. Check out our free course on how to create a multitenant platform.
Your online stores platform users will need to see all their membership details on the frontend dashboard.
That’s why in this lesson, we show you how to display the WP Ultimo account page on the frontend dashboard.
Just follow these simple steps.
1- Display the WP Ultimo account page on the frontend
To add the WP Ultimo account page to the frontend dashboard, you need to follow these steps:
- Open the Frontend Dashboard site on your network.
- Go to Pages > Add New to create a new page.
- Enter the page title.
- Select the Elementor Canvas template.
- Click on Edit with Elementor.
- Insert the frontend dashboard template into this new page.
Now add this shortcode to the new page:
[vg_display_admin_page page_url="admin.php?page=account"]
Now click on Preview to display the content of this wp-admin page on the frontend.
2- Set up the WP Ultimo account page on the frontend
You will see a message saying that you cannot view this page. This happens because the frontend dashboard site is not associated with any WP Ultimo membership plan.
The solution for this is:
- Create a new customer under Network Admin > WP Ultimo > Customers.
- Create a new membership associated with that customer under Network Admin > WP Ultimo > Memberships.
- Create a new site associated with that membership under Network Admin > WP Ultimo > Sites.
Once you’re able to view the content of the WP Ultimo account page on the frontend, you need to set up the page by following these steps:
- Select the general information of the page: Title, URL slug, template and navigation menu.
- Hide any unnecessary elements from the page.
- Edit any texts you want on the page.
- Tick the Hide notices added by other plugins and themes checkbox.
- Tick the plans for which this page will be available in “This page is available for these WP Ultimo plans”. Leave it empty to make the page available for all plans.
- Click the Save button to apply the changes and publish the page.
And this is what the WP Ultimo account page will look on the frontend dashboard once it’s complete.
In the next lesson, we’ll finish building the frontend dashboard for our online stores platform.
Download the whole platform
If you have a premium license of WP Frontend Admin, you can download the full backup of our platform and import it on your site, so everything shown in this course will be already configured for you. It will save you a lot of time.
Note – You need WP Ultimo 2.x.
