Discount coupons don’t just benefit our customers. In fact, the biggest benefit is for us because they allow us to project a better image of our store and help us get better sales opportunities and potential customers.
Of course, when handling large quantities of coupons we may need tools such as the WP Sheet Editor Coupons Spreadsheet plugin.
This plugin is already well-known for helping us manage our WooCommerce coupons with a few simple clicks. And this time we’ll show you how to let your sellers import coupons from the frontend of your site.
Of course, we assume you’re using the WP Sheet Editor Coupons Spreadsheet. But if you don’t have it, you can get it here.
We’ll use the WP Frontend Admin plugin to display the Coupons spreadsheet on the frontend of your site.
You can try the premium plugin on your website for free for 7 days.
Once installed and activated, you need to follow these steps:
1- Open the coupons spreadsheet
The first thing you should do is go to WooCommerce > Coupons. Once there, simply click on Open in a spreadsheet. This will open the coupons spreadsheet.
If you selected the Auto Full Screen mode, you will need to click Exit to exit that mode.
2- View the spreadsheet on the frontend
Now you need to click the View on the frontend button. With just this, the coupons spreadsheet will be displayed on the frontend of your site.
Of course, we have simplified so much the process of completely programming a frontend page that it will take a second or two for the page to load.
3- Configure and publish the page
The only effort you need to make is to select the title, URL slug, template, and menu of the page. You can do it on the quick settings panel that will be dispalyed on the left side of the screen.
You can also hide all unnecessary elements by clicking on the Hide element button, and then click on the elements you want to hide.
Consider hiding these elements:
- The Sheet Editor logo
- Screen Options
- Full Screen message
- Etc.
Once you finish configuring the page, click on Save to publish the page.
4- Now your users can import coupons
Your users will just need to log in to start using the coupons spreadsheet to import their coupons.
To import thousands of coupons from a CSV file, your users need to click on Import, which is located on the plugin’s top toolbar.
Here we give you an article form the WP Sheet Editor site about how to import coupons: How to Import WooCommerce Coupons from Excel or Google Sheets

As you can see, allowing users to import hundreds of coupons from the frontend of your site is really simple with WP Frontend Admin.

Yes. You can display any admin page on the frontend, and it works with all WordPress plugins.
2- Is the plugin compatible with page builders?
Yes. You can use it with other page builders such as Elementor, Visual Composer, Gutenberg, Divi, Beaver Builder, WP Page Builder, Page Builder by SiteOrigin, Oxygen, Live Composer, Brizy, and many others to create great sites.
3- What if I cannot see this page on the frontend after login?
If you can not view the page after log in, you need to use one of these roles: administrator, editor, author, contributor, shop_manager, wpseo_manager, wpseo_editor, shop_accountant, shop_worker, shop_vendor, lp_teacher, give_manager, give_accountant, give_worker, employer.

5- What if I want to restore all items hidden?
That’s simple. Just click on Revert below the Hide Element button.
