When you have a multisite network, sometimes you might have an issue where some of the sites say that WP Frontend Admin is not the premium version or that you have the free plan, this happens when the sites were cloned or duplicated using another plugin.
WP Ultimo
WP Ultimo creates the subsites incorrectly when you use template sites. But we added a fix to our plugin that fixes this automatically for newly created sites. So make sure that you’re using the latest version of WP Frontend Admin.
However, you still need to apply the manual solution to fix the existing sites.
Manual solution
To fix this issue you have to reset the Freemius database on your site, to do so, please follow the next steps:
1- Go to yoursite.com/wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=freemius
2- If the page loads properly, you should be able to see the list of plugins that use Freemius
3- If our plugin is there, click “delete all accounts”
4- Click “clear API cache”
5- Click “sync data from server”
6- Go to the list of plugins on your site, look for our plugin and click “activate license” and click on “activate on all network sites” when prompted. This will reactivate the license on all the subsites properly.
